Young Fil-Am singers use voices to raise money for Bantay Bata

SAN JOSE, CA — It was a night of music and blessings, as a group of young singers lent their voices to Bantay Bata.

For artist Reigne Reario, every note, song, and dance step is a miracle.

“When I was born I had little chance of living because of my lungs. My mom didn’t think I would survive when I was born, but yeah we just prayed to God and it was basically a miracle and music saved me through the years.”

For nearly a decade, she’s been performing throughout the San Francisco bay and is producing her own music. More alive than ever, she’s using her talents to give back.

Along with ABS-CBN Foundation community ambassador Norielle Adricula, the Bantay Bata voices, and community of young performers, Reigne released her first album. With the Love speaks through music concert benefiting the ABS-CBN Foundation international.

Steve Angeles tells us why it was a special moment for the star of the show.
