You can only do one thing at a time…if you think you’re good in basketball, then so be it. But something has got to give, depending on your priorities. Your basketball (fame) is more important, you’ll eventually get the recognition for it. If your education is second, you’ll eventually get the desired results…What about the other Filipinos out there, where is the coverage from Tito Steve Angeles? Here’s a more compelling story that Filipinos will be proud of….
A young Filipino O’Ryan Capuyon recently graduated High School student with straight A, 4.0+ GPA cannot get in to UC Berkley, probably because he’s not a basketball player, isn’t it? But would you go to a school that prohibits flying the American flag? Well, California would be in a much better state if UC Berkley graduates are that good…No doubt they’re probably good, but is it really for the overall good?

Basketball lang pala ang talent ni Kobe Paras, pero hindi siya tinanggap nang UCLA dahil mababa ang SAT score. Guwapo pero Bobo, madali siyang tanggaping nang mga maliliit na University or Colleges.
