China’s already reclaimed 50 Acre of artificial island and will convert it to a military base soon then start an oil exploration.They did not land grab our island, they illegally constructed a military bases inside PH territory and plan to reclaim 5 more reef in that area. We cannot follow the Vietnamese strategy by beating,harassing,burning of businesses,houses on local Chinese-Vietnamese residence.China were forced to relocate 3000 families to mainland China. Only Taiwan, Singaphore chinese were left behind, and still they were harrassed/beaten by the Viets including Chinese who lives on small towns and barrios. This will not happen in PH, because our President has a Chinese blood. COjuanCO are Chinese.
US rescued Phil. twice … from the Spaniards and Japanese. … Gen MacArthur was insane of coming back to the island rescuing Phil. from Hirohito’s forces. He was a hero and savior to many Filipinos but he was clueless that he’s saving a leeching Nation that will eventually be a burden for the US govt. for life. Americans are awaken at this time and realized they can not police the whole world.They ‘re carefully playing their card very wisely …. acting as mediator , staying in neutral corner , trying to avoid a third rescue operations to same corrupt Govt. that hasn’t changed for many decades of improving the judicial system and the life of its less fortunate citizens. As of now, all Filipinos can do is CRY and the whole world can only share their sympathy with them.
Corruption started way back after the Spanish-American war. Gen Arthur McArthur became the military Governor of the PH and acquired huges shares of stock from San Miguel Beer owned by the Spanish Friars/Church.His term ended after a year(1900-1902) when he had a clash with Howard Taft the civilian Governor of PH.After the surrender of Japan, NY Times came out with a cartoon caricature of his son Gen Douglas McArthur, holding a SM beer telling to the Filipino people ” I shall return”… Yes indeed he returned and today McArthur share at SMC is equivalent to one seat of the board. Magaling ang Kano sa kurakot pang habang buhay.
I just hope the next President will double our military strenght that Pnoy did. Add more well armed soldiers and more jet fighters and frigates and cutters. Let’s also do our part in boycotting “china made” products. Because that’s the best way to fight back China…….
