U.S. confirms first domestic coronavirus case of “unknown origin”

The United States confirms its first Covid-19 case of ‘unknown origin’ and some experts say this means everybody could be at risk.

The latest confirmed case of a patient with the coronavirus is from Northern California’s Solano County. The CDC is concerned because the patient had no recent travel history, nor any contact with anyone who did — which means it could be the first local community transmission, and that the feared virus is now spreading locally.
