It is has been many months since Yolanda struck and victims are still struggling to get by.Seems that people in charge of reconstruction have no clue what to do next.Help could not go forever so we need to wean the victims to rely on their effort to stand up by themselves.

The destruction in Ormoc years back was devastating and it took years to recover. Yolanda is so huge that yrs of recovery is expected. Any help is important that weaning from it is premature but yes, we have the resolve to get by.Thanks for all your help.
