Trump defends Muslim ban amid backlash from lawmakers, GOP

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. – Republican presidential front runner Donald Trump continues to defend his controversial proposal that’s outraged many people across the country.

His plan: A total ban all Muslims from entering America.

Trump made this announcement in the wake of the San Bernardino massacre, where 14 people died and 21 others were injured. The shooters in that massacre are considered by authorities as radicalized who supported the ideology of ISIS.

He said, “Donald J. Trump is calling for a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States until our country’s representatives can figure out what the hell is going on.”

Trump’s proposed ban would apply to Muslims looking to immigrate to the U.S. and those who want to visit as tourists.

Republican House Speaker Paul Ryan said Trump’s comments violate the American constitution. He stated, “What was proposed yesterday is not what this party stands for and, more importantly, is not what this country stands for.”

White House press secretary Josh Earnest challenged the Republican party to denounce Trump and said his proposal “disqualifies” him from serving as president.

Meantime, former Florida Governor Jeb Bush called Trump “unhinged”. New Jersey Governor Chris Christie said Trump’s comments show he doesn’t have the experience to be president.

And Sen. Lindsey Graham said it’s time for all Republicans to unite against Trump. He expressed, “You know how you make America great again? Tell Donald Trump to go to hell.”

GOP establishment is in deep trouble, Trump said before, he will run Independent if he is not treated well by his party. If he run Independent it will be Hillary Clinton victory, which is continuation on Obama’s policy. I support Trump TEMPORARY ban of muslims tourist entering the US and ban on Muslims who want to immigrate to the US. Islam already announced that France will be a Muslim caliphate state by 2025, 10 yrs from now. Reason for that is multi-breeding(watch youtube; Islam Birth rate Demographics)Muslim family average 8 childrens while France birth rate is 1.6 per family. France like US, is a compassionate society who believed on open borders and diversity. Ten years from now France will loose their country, majority of the population are Muslims, blame the leftist, liberal politicians. I rather vote a Muslim hater candidate, rather than see my grand children wearing bhurka and speaking Arabic.

If anything is being said by Trump and his growing popularity is that the R’s and D’s no longer are respected, because they are as full of political jaw flapping say nothing do nothing politics as all candidates have been for far too many years. The American people are tired of politics as usual. If the Grand Old Party wants to win the election, they better get behind Trump. And get back to their Grand Old beginnings of limited government, America and Americans first and freedom.
