TO: Balitang Amerika , asked ATTY Tancinco for comment… This my own opinion…Trump mother born from Scothland, became US immigrant, married to a German US citizen, after 4 yrs Trump was born in the US.Trump Mom and Dad both US citizen Trump is natural born US citizen, qualified to run for President…..Sen RUBIO, an anchor baby, after 4 yrs Rubios Mom a Cuban became a US immigrant, Dad is a US immigrant from Cuba, Rubio, is NOT a Natural born citizen therefore Disqualified to run for President….Sen Ted CRUZ, father from Cuba migrated to Canada, Cruz mother a US citizen, moved to Canada,Cruz born in Canada, he carries dual citizenship, not a natural born.. according from Trump, Cruz is not qualified to run for President, because Cruz is NOT a natural born citizen. The US constitution requires a natural born citizen.

Too bad Mario, nobody saw fit to petition the USSC to resolve that very same issue in 2008. Had someone done so,the country (world in fact)might have been in better shape than it is today.

That’s probably the real reason why nobody is willing to resolve the ongoing immigration problems…it’s in the blood and nobody wants to be the bad guy…Trump is blunt about it, he is right!
