President Donald Trump signs into law a massive pandemic aid spending package which restores unemployment benefits for millions of Americans. Trump however plans to return a version of the bill to congress for some revisions. But as Lenn Almadin Thornhill tells us, his requests are likely to fall on deaf ears.
