Tallying OAV ballots begins at PH Embassy in DC

The 90-day overseas absentee voting is complete, and now elections returns will show just how many of the 190,000 registered voters in the United States participated to elect the next Philippine president. While the numbers roll in rapidly in the Philippines, the Philippine Embassy in Washington D.C. still has the enormous task ahead of tallying the U.S. vote. North America Bureau Chief Paul Henson reports.
