LOS ANGELES– A new life for the stray cat who found her way from the Philippines to Los Angeles, After spending about two months in a shelter, in the care of Filipino veterinarians, “Pinay” the stowaway kitty has found a new home over the weekend. Earlier this year Pinay, believed to be a stray cat, was found in a freight ship that had sailed across the Pacific Ocean. She had been undergoing rehabilitation under at the Los Angeles county animal shelter. Pinay is continuing to recover and grow accustomed to her new life in America.
