REDWOOD CITY, Calif. – California officials have banned liquor sales at Lu Restaurant in San Jose, California, after the deadly shooting of 34-year old Filipino Michael Arcega on October 24.

Officials said two shootings occurred there in less than a month, one of them led to Arcega’s death.

The restaurant owner and employees did not report the previous incident of shooting, officials said. This reportedly hindered the investigation and violated state law.
