Senate judiciary delays vote on Kavanaugh decision, to investigate further allegations

WASHINGTON —  The Senate judiciary committee has voted 11 – 10 to put through Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination to a full Senate floor vote — but with a caveat.

Senator Jeff Flake voted yes, on the grounds that he would get support to request for a one week delay before a full Senate floor vote.

This will allow an FBI investigation that is limited in time, and in scope to investigate further allegations made against Kavanaugh.

But Flake says, this will all depend on the president and Senate majority leader Mitch McConnell.

Flakes’ unexpected move happened after speaking with Senate Democrats – and a day after the emotional testimonies of Christine Blasey Ford and Judge Brett Kavanaugh.

Both Kavanaugh and Ford – who is accusing the Supreme Court nominee of sexual assault when they were teens – both provided credible testimonies on Thursday.

But when it comes to calling for an FBI investigation into Ford’s allegations, Kavanaugh was mum.

Kavanaugh’s friend — Mark Judge — who Ford named as key witness to the alleged assault was not invited to testify.

Two other women have also accused Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct, but none of them were asked to testify at the Capitol.

The Democrat will do everything to delay the nomination, after one week of FBI Investigation on Kavanaugh, three or more Democrat operatives will appear until they will delay it until the Mid-term election. This is politics, FBI only investigate criminal cases, not a case of applying for a job as SC Justice. Remember this is a suicide attack by the Democrat. If Kavanaugh will be nominated, SC will be 5-4 conservative majority for 40 years. After 8 yrs of Trump, the Lower Court and Upper Court will be conservative majority and if the GOP know how to play the game of Politics, that will be the end of Democrat Party and No more Democrat Prez for the next 100 years, believe me…..,
