CHICAGO, IL — Thousands of Pinoy fans gathered at Sarah Geronimo’s “This is Me” concert in Chicago on Friday.
The 29-year old singer wowed her fans, this time, more confident and positive — compared to her last concert in Las Vegas, where she apparently had a meltdown.
Her fans had mixed reactions.
“Tao lang kasi si Sarah. Pagod sya sa world tour nya.
“Take it easy. Have a vacation.”
“This is a wake-up call to talent producers, managers. Na dapat naman ay pinagpapahinga ang ating mga artists at performers,” said Marlon Pecson.
For the first time, Sarah explained to her fans what really happened.
“Last time, naging emotional ako dahil nag panic ako. Walang tulog, parang nawala boses ko. Naalala ko yung journey ko, beginning namin. Lahat tayo may battles sa buhay. Patong patong na. Pero walang iyakan ngayon. Bawal.”
At the end of Sarah’s concert, her fans gave a standing ovation.
“Wag na kayo mag alala kay sg, for sure, kaya siya nagkaganyan super busy siya and she wants to give her 100%. So popsters, don’t worry, smile lang, okay na si ate Sarah G!”
Sarah, Mark Bautista, and Sam Concepcion, will end their concert tour in New York.
