Shouldn’t Napoles be convicted first of a crime and that her assets were illegally obtained before the US can give it to the Philippine gov’t?

Did America, return to Mexico the $Billion money and assets owned by the drug cartel, it will never happen. Since when US returned the assets of World leaders like Shah of Iran, Marcos of PH and corrupt PH politicians owning several properties all over US. It is only in the media news that US return their assets, but never happened. The Napoles properties in the US was bought legally thru escrow, maybe US court will order for an auction and the proceeds will pay back the court, local lawyers, auction officers, loan company, state taxes, and many more. Basically, nothing will be left and the PH will never get anything.
