Reid to Boehner: "Pass immigration reform now, let it take effect later"

LAS VEGAS – U.S. Senate Majority Floor Leader Harry Reid reiterated the Senate Democratic leaders’ hard deadline for the GOP-controlled House of Representatives to make a move on comprehensive immigration reform on July 31, the last day the house is in session before the August recess. Senate Democrats have said that if the House Republicans fail to pass immigration reform in two months, President Barack Obama will have no choice but to act on his own.

In June of 2013, the senate passed its version of immigration reform, that would provide a path to citizenship to some of the estimated 11 million undocumented immigrants and prevent the record deportations that separated hundreds of thousands of families.

Reid has endorsed for President Obama to use his executive power to stop the deportations, if the House does not make a move on immigration reform in the next two months. “We can’t physically deport eleven million people. So why don’t we do something that’s good for the country?”

Democrats have slammed House Republicans for saying that they cannot pass immigration reform because they cannot trust President Obama to enforce the law. So Reid made an offer to House Speaker John Boehner, telling him, “Pass the bill and have it become effective when we have a new president. Now, that’s not my preference but I accepted it because American people need to know that we can get things done. This is a significantly important bill. It would reduce the national debt by a trillion dollars. It would rejuvenate our economy like we haven’t seen in a long time.”

The GOP criticized the Democrats’ renewed efforts to push for immigration reform — accusing them of politicizing an issue instead of trying to reach a compromise. But reid said Boehner and the House Republicans need to wake up to the reality that America needs to fix its immigration problem.

Various community leaders support this renewed push for immigration reform by the Democrats because they said passing the bill will greatly benefit America.

“This comprehensive immigration reform bill allows a number of people from all walks of life, all races, to come out from the dark shadows,” said Karlos Lasane of Caesars Entertainment.

Rozita Lee, FilAm community leader said, “We really need to get this immigration reform passed. Time is of the essence. There are more than 500,000 Filipinos who are waiting on the wait list to get here from the Philippines. That’s what we are looking forward to…for people to join their families to help their families.”

Either way amnesty or deportation Americans will cost money .I strongly opposed of giving them the privilege to drive , path for citizenship and other free benefits . DHS/INS need to control and seal the borders for intruder jumpers and all types of visa must be reduce in large number.

If the Politicians give illegals amnesty we should give them execution for Treason . We now have more criminals on the streets (thanks to releasing illegal alien murderers and rapists from prison)….and every working person is now paying higher taxes, higher health insurance premiums, higher food prices and higher fuel prices……It has been a years of dreams coming true for the Liberal Dumbocrat Elitist Regime.

Why is the border not so secure as expected with ten of thousand border patrol guards is a big question for me.Some state do not have a fence such that anybody can just walk in to US and Mexico.Better to built and secure the border first before any immigration reform because if there is a hint that will give some sort of immigration status to the undocumented people there will be a flood of men , women and children crossing the border can not blame them.

the ruse reid with obozo are of the same breed of hoaxers, compulsive liars. what’s in the INS book of laws do not need reform, what it need is true enforcement by the POTUS period. INS reform is hideous, rewriting the illegalities these illegal aliens have committed to legalities, who by enlarged are haters of the american cultures, thus legalizing these illegal aliens is a drawback. politicians political propagandas that illegal aliens will benefit the nation are as usual bunch of lies, only morons were sent to the cleaners believing such tall tale. illegal aliens in hiding for multiple decades, refused to speak english, unless it involves monetary transactions. imagine, these illegal aliens are claiming their rights not even as lawful residents, but straight to path of citizenships, an attitude that should make rational americans puke. these illegal aliens class are separatists, spiteful that will shove their own cultures to the true americans or assimilated americans. its a shame these democRATS are spreading the lies started from the top to the bottom, that legalization of illegal aliens are good for the country, the proof in the pudding are quite the contrary. the lefty, commie government lies is to mix their scams with emotions – that it’s hard to deport illegal aliens took people for a ride to accept the government claims. yes, the key is emotions built-in by the government, that americans were blindsided to go along with INS law reform what this scumbag, socialist government is selling. the federal government is the only one who can enforce the INS letter of the laws, historically the federal government have not enforced the INS letter of the laws. thus, only if the government enforce the INS laws already in the books, these illegal aliens will weed itself out, that likely the fences these illegal aliens are climbing anyway may not be needed. INS laws enforcement by the POTUS is the only solution to this out of control illegal alien invasions, if the POTUS cannot do its job to enforce the INS laws, either give the INS enforcement to the states or make it an impeachable offense of the POTUS in not enforcing the INS laws. americans primary concern are jobs for 93 million jobless americans, therefore legalization of illegal aliens is the baddest stimulus these bozos and obozo, the destroyer of america’s socio-economic status have ever slapped in the faces of americans, him saying screw you all and the USA.

That is a Democrat way to get votes from Latino voters. So the rush to get them into the US as they vote Democrat .only those Latinos who are born here are prone more to think first about this flood of people.Let me remind them that they should not rock the boat specially that America is top heavy with too many free bees than tax payers for lack of jobs.America is like a land being inundated with too much water such it causes gigantic mud landslide and disaster .It could only absorb a certain amount of water.Or else there will an exodus of people to leave America to go back home and who knows who will be welcoming you back home wwith open arms? Someone who want to settle score for your debt or indescretion. So think it over!!
