NEW YORK–Russian President Vladimir Putin, who tried to lobby President Barack Obama and the US Congress to avert its planned military strike in Syria is now appealing to the American people via an op-ed he wrote on New York Times.

Putin wrote in his op-ed that a strike in Syria without the United Nations Security Council’s approval would be an act of aggression that could throw the whole system of international law and order out of balance.

Putin is said to be using the op-ed to appeal to Americans the same way Obama appealed to Americans on why there is a need to strike Syria. Putin said that a strike would unleash a new wave of terrarium, while he also end his piece by criticizing America’s idea of “exceptionalism”, which some experts perceive as an insult to America.

In the meantime, US State Secretary John Kerry is in Geneva for a two day meeting with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov. The two will be discussing Russia’s plan for Syria to hand over its chemical weapons. “Expectations are high, they are high for United States, perhaps even more so for Russia to deliver of the promise of this moment. This is not a game. // it has to be real, it has to be comprehensive, it has to be verifiable, it has to be credible, it has to be timely and implemented in a timely fashion,” said Kerry.

Russia is a hallucinating fallen power desperate to show the world its fading influence on global stage. The reason why, it is always along with China, on the other side of the bench against the United States. Bloody-more Fart-in or Vladimir Putin has no credibility to lecture the US about Syria. Putin killed thousands of Chechens and Georgians to pursue his militaristic ambitions and was been an sponsor of rogue states like Iran and Syria and was instrumental why Dictators of these countries threatens world peace with nuclear and chemical weapons. This ASSHOLE should better shut up!
