At-risk Filipina missing from Daly City for over a week

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. – Police in Daly City are asking for the public’s help in their search for an at-risk Filipino woman who has been missing for over a week.

Rowena Gracia, also known as Rowena Velonza, has been missing since April 14.

That’s when police say she left her home in the St. Francis area of Daly City to go shopping and never returned.

Gracia reportedly suffers from short term memory loss and blindness in her right eye.

She’s described as having black shoulder length hair, is 5 feet 3 inches tall, and weighs 150 pounds. She was last seen wearing dark sunglasses, a cream colored trench coat, and blue jeans. She can also be identified by a tattoo of three roses on her left ankle.
