Hi I’m Estrella Manuel. I have a question about my petition on my unmarried daughter. I petition her april 23, 2003 as a unmarried but she have a 4 kids already. But she not married yet. They just live-in. My question is can she bring her kids here.

Hi Atty! My husband was charged in 2011 with misdemeanor/thief which was dismissed and his record was already expunged. He is a legal immigrant here and will be applying for his citizenship early next year. Do we need to mention that on his application? Would that create any problem concerning his application? What do we need to do? Thank you so much for your response.

Hi atty here’s my questions I just got my citizenship a month ago. I petitioned my son 2 years ago when I was still immigrant. Gusto ko sana malaman Kung mas mabibilis ba ngayon ung petition ko now that I’m US citizen? And another question I mailed my petition to my son 3 days before he turned 21 pero ung date na natangap ng immigration ay is two days after he turned 21. Pwede ko ba I pa adjust ung date sa immigration may copy po ako na I mailed my petition 3 days before he turn 21. Maraming salamat…
