    Good morning Atty. Lou Tancinco!
I am a U.S. Citizen and divorced for the last 7 years. I was separated before coming to the U.S. I have finally reconciled with my wife in the Philippines. My question is:
I want to get her and my daughter (30 yrs.old single)to the U.S.
What’s the procedure in getting them here?
    Thank you,
    Ed

    Good Evening,
I am Marco tourist, married in the Philippines. If I will fall out of status after May 7 2015, am I allowed to adjust status in the provision of 245i, since I have pending F3 petition filed by my grandfather although he died already on 2005? The priority date is December 1992 and I was 14 years then when the petition is approved.
And If ever there is a company willing to petition me in the future. Am I still eligible to be petitioned on Employment Base Visa?
    Thank you and God Bless

    Respectfully yours,
    Marco
