Hi Aty. Lou, My wife and I received our green card last Feb. 10, 2015 by way of my approved F3 petition of my USC father way back March 10, 1993 and became current July 1, 2014..a humanitarian re instatement was filed and was approved which required to my case bec.of my Dad passing away in 1998. However since F3 category includes my 3 children in that petition, can they now eligible to start processing their green card in the Philippines? Their ages are 27,30 and 32 now, all are still single. As parents my wife filed petition already on their behalf last March 2015.
