I’m a U.S. Citizen and i have a fiance from the Philippines. We’re having a relationship since 2010 until now. I want to file a fiance visa for my fiance. My question is, How long it’s gonna take from the day i apply here in U.S. to finish? We’re been apart for how many long years and it’s hard for both of us. Could you help us to answer my question and it’s really a big help to us. Thank you very much.

I am 22years old and currently having m1 visa here in USA.If I go back to the Phippines for more than a month and the m1 loses its effectivity, can I apply for f1? Because I know I cant change m1visa to f1 but if I apply f1 in the Philippines, it’s not “change of status” anymore. Can that be possible? Thank you.

it’s a type of student visa for non-academic or vocational course. An f1 visa is for academic courses.

According to one of the officer in the Embassy who interviewed us ay pwede namin ipaschedule ang aming anak for interview ngunit meron daw silang icocompute para maconsider kung pwede pa siya maisyuhan ng visa. Nandito na po kaming mag asawa sa America nito pang Mayo and were both greencard holder now. My question is can my son who will be turning 23 this October 4 ay may pagasa po bang maisyuhan ng visa? Ano ba po ang aming dapat gawin? Maraming salamat po.

I am a US citizen, I filed a petition for my mom on Dec. 6, 2012.I received the notice of approval on March 5, 2013. Until we haven’t received any correspondence for NVC so I contacted them ,& found out that they don’t have a record of my receipt number. I have spoken to a USCIS officer on July 16, and was told thay she will refer it to USCIS service center but until now we haven’t not received any correspondence from NVC. What should I do, I am so worried on what’s gonna happen to my petition , it should be up and running by now. Thank you so much and more power po.
