Pinoy Ohio bar shooter pleads not guilty to triple murder

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. – The undocumented Pinoy arrested earlier this month for allegedly killing three men in a shooting rampage recently pleaded not guilty in court.

Igmidio Mista, 33, was indicted on six counts including three counts of murder with firearm specifications, one count of attempted murder, one count of felonious assault, and one count of possessing a firearm in a liquor permit premises.

He entered his not guilty plea at the Sandusky County Court of Common Pleas.

The shooting happened on March 9 at the Last Call Bar in Fremont, Ohio after Mista got into an argument with a woman.

One of the men killed was an off-duty police officer who was celebrating his birthday.

If convicted, Mista could face up to 75 years to life in prison.

    Pleading not guilty ha ? .. His counsel will probably use typhoon Haiyan and blame DHS as their defense strategy.
