Russel Toralba and Alfredo Ruiz shall be subjected to the Singapore style of corporal punishment of 3-4 lashes a month as part of their sentence. These two dirtbags drag down Filipinos to the ground because of their crimes.

Are these the model dirtbags that represents the Filipino community?
You can have the death penalty imposed on these two dirtbags or simply life imprisonment. Either way it will cost a great deal of taxpayers money. What is sad about it is that they’re not doing anything in prison while they constantly whine about the three hot meals served, can watch TV/Cable, have their own In Shape facility, etc. Lets talk about hard labor…that is really good idea. For the duration of their sentence, they can be breaking rocks really serving their time.
