EVANSVILLE, Ind. – Almost two weeks after Filipino doctor Conrad De Jesus was critically injured by a hit and run driver in Indiana, his daughter Cleo De Jesus is demanding justice from the alleged drunk driver as she waits for her father’s slow recovery.
