Philly’s Filipino restaurant ‘Sarvida’ is a go-to for dessert lovers

PHILDELPHIA, PA — This is Fil-Am chef Lou Boquila’s halo-halo, served at his 1-year-old Filipino restaurant in Philadelphia: Sarvida.

Bon Appétit, Condé Nast’s influential food and entertainment magazine, called Chef Boquila’s halo-halo “five layers of perfection.”
