REDWOOD CITY, Calif. – The National Basketball Association draft is this week and one of the top young Philippine prospects has gotten a try out with the Los Angeles Lakers.

Two-time UAAP most valuable player Bobby Ray Parks Jr. received the invitation from the Los Angeles Lakers on Monday.

The National University graduate has been training for his shot in the NBA in Southern California the past few months.
