PH consulate in US tests voting machines

SAN FRANCISCO – Overseas voting for the Philippines’ national elections begins April 9. But before that kicks off, Philippine embassies and consulates worldwide did a final testing of the automated vote counting machines. Officials are rushing to mail the ballots to voters, otherwise these voters will be disenfranchised. North America Bureau Chief Paul Henson reports.
