LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Manny Pacquiao, accompanied by wife Jinky and adviser Michael Koncz, arrived at the Los Angeles International Airport on Monday in what could be his final visit to LA as a professional boxer.
As usual, the Pacman was greeted by reporters and mobbed by fans.
On Tuesday, Pacquiao will face off with more media to kick off a two-day press tour to announce his third fight with Timothy Bradley.
The eight-division former champion continued to tell reporters that this indeed will be his final fight as he will concentrate on his senatorial bid in the Philippines.
“[This is my] last fight. I’m going to retire after this,” he said.
Pacquiao told Top Rank, Inc. that his shoulder, which he hurt in training camp last year as he prepared for Floyd Mayweather, is in good shape.
“The shoulder is good,” he said.
The media tour for Pacquiao-Bradley III will begin in Los Angeles on Tuesday and wrap in New York on Thursday. The fighting congressman will split his training camp between the Philippines and Los Angeles.
