REDWOOD CITY, Calif. – With dashed hopes of a congressional solution to fix America’s broken immigration system, White House officials say plans are now being drawn for executive orders for President Barack Obama, which he could then issue to fix the problem himself.

Advocates and lawmakers close to the administration say the plans could include granting work permits to millions of undocumented immigrants.

White House and Homeland Security officials – along with immigration advocates, religious leaders, and lawmakers – say they are weighing a range of options that would spare certain undocumented immigrants from deportation and expand President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program or DACA.

They say Obama’s executive actions would focus on helping undocumented parents, legal guardians of US citizen children, and DACA recipients.

They say the president could also focus on helping those who might be eligible for a green card today if they weren’t required by law to leave the country for 10 years before they could apply for one.

Republicans have warned the president that any broad executive action could violate the constitution.

Obama will issue exec order for 5Million illegals before the election. Obama will do everything to win the Senate on November election. If he lose, which is probable the Republican will control the Congress and the Senate, that will be the right time to impeach him. Are Filipinos included on the exec.order, may be 50-100 will get their green card remember before 2012, 800K illegal given amnesty, only 20-30 Pinoys got their green card. The 2014 amnesty is intended for illegal children and preferably LARAZA(Hispanic) recommendees.
Follow the existing process file for DACA if your are qualified, you have more chance.Obama/LaRaza never trust Pinoys, they are double blade(turncoat)today Democrat tomorrow they become Republican…

Executive order is not the answer to Immigration problem.. Total Immigration “Overhaul” is what we need.

Obama you should help the Americans that don’t have any jobs first before you help the undocumented immigrants from deportation? Look Obama who comes first this illegal people or the real Americans that was born in America? If you help this illegal people they will use our tax money and take our jobs.

The Immigration should process their papers and let them pay the fees. We should not allow them to be in front of the line and get the Immigration benefits before those who have been waiting for 15 years to get their green card..

Lets logically think about this. They break the laws to get into the country, do you think they will obey the laws now that they have interloped into the USA? Now ask yourself, is this the kind of population you “desire”?

There’s so much hypocrisy in your logic much like others! These kids are searching for “f reedom” just like when this country interloped the middle east and broke its laws in search for freedom or let’s say.. help the people? So it’s wrong because they didn’t have buckets of oil with them when they got here…. I see.
