Obama, Democratic leaders call for stricter gun laws following California shooting

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. – “We will get to the bottom of this.” This is President Barack Obama’s assurance to people in America, as investigators continue to find out the motive behind the San Bernardino, Calif. shooting spree.

The president, once again, called on something to be done to prevent more violence. He said, “We’re going to have to search ourselves as a society and make sure that we can take basic steps that would make it harder, not impossible but harder, for individuals to get access to weapons.”

Amid reports that suspect Syed Farook was radicalized, Republican presidential front runner Donald Trump took the opportunity to slam President Obama. He said, “Radical Islamic terrorism, I’ll tell you what — we have a president who refuses to use the term.”

Meantime, Democratic presidential front runner Hillary Clinton took to social media to show that she is one with President Obama in calling for stricter gun control laws to end violence. She tweeted, “I refuse to accept this as normal. We must take action to stop gun violence now.”

House Democratic leader Rep. Nancy Pelosi, on the other hand, called for more gun restrictions. She pointed out, “What gives us the right to hold moments of silence when we do nothing to act upon the cause of the grief?”

With a growing number of shootings in the country, Republican House Speaker Paul Ryan is calling on Congress to address mental illness, as a cause of gun violence. Congress has yet to vote on any legislation to change the background check system or to ramp up treatment options.

Ryan stated, “The common theme with these kinds of shootings is mental illness and this is something that we should not be ignoring.”

In the last 336 days, there have been 355 mass shootings in the United States. That equates to more than four victims, including the shooter, every day.

Will the San Bernardino shootings lead to stricter gun control laws or changes to backgrounds checks in the country?  That remains to be seen. But with shocking statistics on gun-related violence, President Obama and lawmakers in the country know that no matter their stances on contentious issues, something needs to be done right away.

Democrat call for Gun Control versus Republican call for Terrorist control. Democrats number one threat is Global warming versus Republican number threat is ISIS. Which side are you, use your common sense, it is time to think smart.

More people die in gun free zones than any other place on earth. This is, and has been, quite normal for the past 100 years.

No matter how you slice it, guns don’t kill people. Guns help people defend themselves and their liberty. This is exactly why the Socialist Jihadist Democrats want to remove our guns, to make us more vulnerable to subjugation, and even death.

Ninety million people were killed in armed conflict in the last century, and 170 million people were massacred by their own governments, shortly after becoming socialistic and enacting gun control laws. Does anybody see a pattern here?

The language of the Socialist Democratic party is filled with hate. They incite class warfare, racial tension, and basically encourage their voting base to hate anyone who disagrees with them. Once gun control is enacted, they will make little effort to disarm the criminals and jihadists. There will be no need. They aren’t the ones standing in their way.

Who in the hell your democratic leaders kidding? Your all is to late to do something about guns in America because you all was only thinking about yourself getting “VOTES.” to get in office. But you didn’t think about the Americans in America? I hope you all get kick out of office the next election.
