For anyone searching for loved ones in areas hit by the typhoon, there are a number of services in place that could help.
The Philippine consulate in New York is working with local authorities and military in the Philippines to connect and reunite Filipino-Americans with their families in the typhoon affected areas.
You can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the full names and exact addresses of their loved ones in affected areas.
Google has also launched a person finder service to help typhoon victims and their families.

The Philippine Red Cross has also established Welfare Desks which include restoring family links and tracing services. Use the following link to access that service:
