SACRAMENTO, Calif–New details about a 2007 Filipino American murder victim emerged during a preliminary hearing on Friday.

Sacramento Sheriff deputies testified in court that Fil-Am Sean Aquitania was borrowing a gun from a known drug dealer, the day he and his 7-month old baby Sean Jr. were shot and killed at a Sacramento home in 2007.
