More women file suit vs. former USC gynecologist
A dozen more alleged victims have followed the footsteps of Filipino American student Daniella Mohazab by taking legal action against former USC gynecologist George Tyndall and the school.
There are now over 200 lawsuits claiming that Tyndall had acted inappropriately during medical exams, and that USC tried to cover up the controversy.
Many of the alleged victims were Asian students, and some claim that the former gynecologist who is married to a Filipina would make lewd comments.
Tyndall has denied any wrongdoing, and the school has also denied any coverups.
