Why the WBO stripped Mayweather of his welterweight title

LAS VEGAS – American boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. has been stripped of the World Boxing Organization belt he won when he defeated the Philippine’s champ Manny Pacquiao. Mayweather supposedly missed a deadline to pay a fee related to the May 2 fight. Now the WBO title goes to Timothy Bradley, who had been named the interim title holder.

Oh Filipinos stop it, we all heard after the fight Mayweather and the PacBum that he said he was going to give-up the boxing belts, because he wanted other boxers see how it feels to have a champ belt. Look he has only one more boxing match and that’s it he’s done boxing and everyone knows Mayweather is the best pound for pound in the world.
