Maintaining a healthy, happy heart

February is American Heart Month, and an important reminder for us to take good care of our heart. One of the top three risk factors for heart disease high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and smoking.

Regular exercise and a healthy diet are the two major components to a healthy heart — as the saying goes, a healthy heart is a happy heart.

Bev Llorente talked to some of fitness experts in Nevada, who tells us how important proper diet and an active lifestyle to a healthy heart.
