VALLEJO, Calif. – The son of Filipina kidnapping victim Elvira Babb spoke to the media this morning at a Vallejo press conference. As he pleaded for his mother’s safe return, he sent her this message — “I wan’t you to fight and stay strong, because we are going to find you soon.”
