REDWOOD CITY, Calif. – The undocumented Filipino man accused of killing three men during a shooting rampage inside a bar will be allowed to appear at his trial wearing civilian clothes.

A Sandusky judge granted 33-year-old Igmidio Mista’s request on the grounds that appearing in a jail jumpsuit would infringe on his right to a fair trial.

Mista is charged with killing three men, including an off-duty police officer, in a March 9 shooting rampage at the Last Call Bar in Fremont, Ohio.

In May, a judge also ordered security at Mista’s court dates to be doubled because of high public interest given the emotional nature of the case.

Mista heads to trial on Aug. 4 and faces up to 75 years to life in prison.

BA like to broadcast their headline news by First Filpino win this … First FilAm won … First Filipino set a new record on this event … but not on killers
Maybe Mista deserved the title of First illegal Filipino triple murderer in State of Ohio or US.

Why they should kill him, hang him than throw his body in the ocean. He is a animal and should be treat like a animal. That’s what happen when we have people from Philippines that don’t belong here in America? Shame very shame, we have to get them out of America right now all of them that don’t belong in America, sent them back home where they all belong.
