Jamie Foxx joins San Francisco’s kneel-in protest against police brutality

SAN FRANCISCO — In a show of non-violent protest against police brutality, made popular by former San Francisco 49er quarterback Colin Kapernick, approximately 1,000 people in attendance at San Francisco City Hall took a knee.

Monday afternoon’s non-violent rally called for justice for George Floyd, and other black men killed in police custody.

Oscar-winning actor and singer Jamie Foxx echoed the crowd’s call for justice, demanding that abusive police officers must be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law just like everyone else.
