Consulate General Marciano de Borja on Guam and Mariana Islands threat: “it’s business as usual”

There are big populations of Filipinos in Guam and the neighboring northern Mariana Islands.

Of the 42,835 Filipinos in Guam, about 24,000 are Philippine passport holders.

Of the 25,573 Filipinos in the Northern Mariana islands, about 12,000 are Philippine citizens.

We are now joined by Consul General Marciano de Borja, who oversees both territories, for an exclusive interview regarding the situation in Guam, North Korea’s missile and nuclear threat, and how all of this affects Philippine nationals.
