Chinese Naval and Air Force base are being built inside PH territory.In my opinion, the military base will be ready before the US election on 2016.China will deploy their short range(300-500Km)and medium range(800-1000Km)ballistic missiles which could destroy ALL our military camps and bases in less than one hour. Tabako will be happy because we will be buying thousands of Patriot anti-missiles from the US, this will drain the PH economy.

If America was still at Subic Naval Base and Clark Air Base, the Chinese Naval and Air Force base wouldn’t being built inside Philippines territory?
