On 2013 BIDEN, was the head of the JUDICIARY Committee, when Sen. HARRY REED made a regulatory CHANGES from 67% to 51% on the voting of SCOTUS thinking that HClinton will be the next POTUS. 2016 Jus SCALIA died, OBAMA nominated GARLAND, but GOP control SENATE Blocked it. TRUMP elected, nominated Jus GORSUCH and inherited 144 VACANT Lifetime FED Judges from OBAMA. 2018 Jus KENNEDY retire TRUMP appointee Jus KAVANAUGH. 2020 Jus Ginsberg died. NANCY PELOSI threatening to impeach TRUMP if he fills the SC vacancy. Trump is CONSTITUTIONALLY obliged to nominate a REPLACEMENT and do it QUICKLY, before the NOV 3 election, which is 38 days away. Record shows 37Justices nominated and confirmed within 25 days, 20 w/in 10 days, 7 w/in 5 days. This election is the LAST CHANCE for the DEMOCRAT, will do everything to win. Dems prepared 600 lawyers to SUE polling precints to delay the counting, possible on Voter fraud on 80 Million MAIL-IN Ballots and Harvesting. WITHOUT SCOTUS to make the decision, they can delay the counting until next year. NANCY PELOSi will be the PRESIDENT on JAN 1, now they are in control on all the ballots counting. That is why TRUMP makes a RALLY on 2 places a day, telling everybody to get out and vote into the precint and their ballot will be counted immediately.
