REDWOOD CITY, Calif. – The youngest son of Mr. Pure Energy Gary V is starting to make his own mark in the U.S. entertainment scene.

Gab Valenciano was recently honored and featured at the University of California Los Angeles Hammer Museum as a “cutting edge fresh film maker” in the Flux Screening Series.

Gab also directed American Idol Season 11 runner-up Fil-Am Jessica Sanchez’s latest music video “This Love”.

He is the first Filipino to be honored at the event that featured filmmakers from the U.K., New York, and San Francisco and he took that opportunity to teach them some Tagalog.
