Filipino ISIS ‘supporter’ indicted for murder

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. – The Filipino teen from North Carolina who was charged with plotting to carry out terrorist activities on behalf of ISIS was indicted today in the murder of a 74-year old man.

Justin Nojan Sullivan was indicted in the killing of John Bailey Clark, who was found buried in a shallow grave in his yard in 2014.

Clark was allegedly shot to death and police are now looking into Sullivan as a suspect.  Sullivan and Clark were neighbors.

Sullivan is already facing federal charges for his alleged ISIS involvement in 2015.  He is being detained without bond.
