Fil-Canadian chefs make pop-up Pinoy resto dream come true

NEW WESTMINSTER, British Columbia – Three Filipino Canadian chefs in Vancouver had a dream. After working for many years in top restaurants and hotels, they decided to open their own restaurant called Akulturado — a pop-up restaurant that offers new takes on Pinoy food.

    Congratulations for opening up a Filipino restaurant with fusions of a variety of international cuisines. The foods look appetising and delicious . The presentation is superb.

    One comment I would like to say is: As professional chefs the staff should be wearing aprons, wear hats to cover their head to prevent
    the hair from falling into the food. Also wear gloves while dishing out the menus not with bare hands..
    Overall, adhere to Health and Safety Food Hygiene.
