Fil-Am teen who climbed 1 World Trade Center pleads guilty

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. – The Fil-Am teenage daredevil who climbed to the top of 1 World Trade Center tower in March pleaded guilty to the escapade that shook up security policies at one of the country’s most famous buildings.

Justin Casquejo, 16, accepted a plea deal to serve 23 days of community service in exchange for keeping the misdemeanor BASE jumper charge off his record.

He was originally charged with two counts of trespassing.

The New Jersey teen admitted to breaking the law when he sneaked past 1 World Trade Center security guards and climbed up to the antenna.

    To bad he didn’t fall off the World Trade Center? If this was my kid I’ll give him a big slap across his face and say are you “STUPID.” What if you got kill? Some kids try don’t learn don’t do “STUPID THINGS THAT CAN KILL YOU.” I don’t care how old you are don’t do “STUPID THINGS.”
