Still on the results of Tuesday’s primary elections, Fil-Am Joshua Price fell short of his bid to become the Democratic party’s nominee in Arkansas’ House district 39.
Price lost to retired school teacher Monica Ball, 33 percent compared to Ball’s 67 percent.
Ball will face incumbent Republican representative Mark Lowery, who is seeking his fourth term.
Price, a 7th generation Arkansan and first-generation American, comes from a family dedicated to public service. His campaign pledge was to create more economic and educational opportunities for all Arkansas to reach their full potential.
