Fil-Am Chef Alvin Cailan is the host of “The Burger Show” — an online program where he interviews celebrities as they eat unique burgers in various parts of the US.
Back in October, Cailan’s celebrity guest was NFL Super Bowl champion and Bay Area native Marshawn Lynch.
In that episode, Cailan created a burger that paid homage to the all-pro running back by naming the burger after his football nickname — “The Beast Mode Burger”.
Lynch even invited Cailan to come his restaurant in the bay area to serve the Beast Mode Burger to his customers.
With Uncle Noy and Chef Cailan, Fil-Am culinary talents continue to shine in the Bay Area — and the community can’t wait to see more.
“We need more and more Filipino role models everywhere. I’ve always said, who was our entrepreneurs out there that can inspire the up and comers that want to be successful.”

The beast mode burger costs $15 by itself and an extra $4 with fries.
