Federal judge puts stop to AZ sheriff’s workplace raids

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. – A federal judge dealt a blow to Arizona’s strict immigration enforcement policies on Monday with a temporary injunction that effectively stops workplace raids.

Immigrant rights advocates say the controversial raids, ordered by Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio, have caused the separation of hundreds of immigrant families.

Since 2008, Arpaio has conducted more than 80 workplace raids which led to the arrests of close to 800 undocumented workers.

Arpaio, who calls himself the toughest sheriff in America, must now put a stop to unannounced raids targeting undocumented workers.

Arizona laws made it a felony for undocumented immigrants who use stolen identities to be able to work.

this is the proof this sheriff is trying to clean his state of arizona of illegal aliens outlaws. the job this sheriff is doing raiding illegal aliens is the job of obozo, the job he is refusing to do. it should boils the blood of law abiding americans why obozo gets away with not doing his job of deporting these illegal aliens in the first place with impunity. this is one area of immigration reform very much needed, benefiting america, since the POTUS is the only one by law who can deport illegal aliens, but historically illegal aliens deportation are not strictly enforced by the feds aka POTUS, so then the immigration law by virtue of the POTUS’s failure to enforce the law of deporting illegal aliens must be revised as a reform, giving the deportation power to the states will be very good for america, weeding illegal aliens in a heartbeat. the perennial problems of outrageous millions of illegal aliens accumulating, infesting america for decades will be history, and no more illegal aliens forever, with the system of state by state will have much closer true implementations of the law of deportations, that building US border fences will be trivial.
