LAS VEGAS – From glasses to jewelry, electronic gadgets at the 2014 International Consumer Electronics Show come in many forms; like glasses that offer the ability to record video in high definition from the wearer’s perspective. You can take videos and pictures with its onboard camera and can be downloaded or streamed directly to your mobile devices.
“You can actually live stream and video stream on your facebook .its pretty incredible to see your experience so everything you can see it,” David Meisenholder of Epiphany Eyewear said.
For those who are sensitive while out in the sun, you can wear a bracelet designed to measure the body’s exposure to the sun.
“Here is the Sun Coach so it’s evaluated your habits and lifestyle and it’s recommending what spf you should be wearing and when to avoid sun damaged,” Amanda Garnier of Nitatmo June explained.
A watch phone designed especially for kids will allow parents to stay connected with their children. It has a smart locator, and also a phone so parents and kids can communicate via voice or text.
Meanwhile a watch phone by Flip Watch, designed especially for kids will allow parents to stay connected with children with its smart locator. The Flip Watch can also communicate via voice or text.
There is a sensor and transmitter that measures glucose levels by attaching to the skin and wirelessly sending data to a receiver. The receiver will then alert users when glucose levels get too high or too low even while sleeping.
Wearing technology is projected to generate billions of dollars in revenue as it is one of the fastest growing fields in the world of technology.
