REDWOOD CITY, Calif. – In Southern California, a family struck by tragedy has made an appeal for help.
The family of William Sulpacio, the 31 year old Filipino who was struck by an apparent hit and run driver in Carson, Calif. over Thanksgiving weekend has set up a memorial fund.
The family has set up a page on gofundme.com, asking for prayers and information to help lead to an arrest, as well as financial help to cover funeral expenses.
Authorities are still looking for the suspect who is believed to have struck Sulpacio on the 405 freeway as he was checking on his disabled vehicle.
